Has been instrumental for uncommitted players in attaining their education goals by assisting over 150 players to over 50 colleges throughout the country NCAA Division I - 2 players NCAA Division 2 - 16 players NCAA Division 3 - 8 players NAIA - 32 players NJCAA- 39 players Richard is associated with P & D Instructional Baseball.
